We prefer that our customers book at least 4 days for a signature cake and at least 1.5 to 2 weeks in advance for custom cakes. Next-day and same-day signature cakes are available with a rush fee of $20-25.

Yes, we do! You can submit an email to info@theevercake.com and we can plan a unique and beautiful creation for your special day together! Please note, as a small operation, we do not offer any cake tastings or in-person consultations.

We offer delivery for $25 within Manhattan. For Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and NJ deliveries, please email us at info@theEvercake.com for a specific quote. These deliveries to these boroughs start at $45. To fulfill deliveries, we use our own in-house driver. Our cake damage rate is under 2%.

We do not offer pick-up as we do not have a customer-facing storefront. We are a commercial working kitchen only.

We currently offer 8 signature flavors- strawberry chiffon, blue velvet, chocolate cake w/chocolate fudge, vanilla cake w/ french cream and raspberry, dark choc cake with whipped hazelnut, combo choc & vanilla cake w/dulce de leche, vanilla cake w/ whipped lemon mousse, mango, and vanilla cake with lemon and raspberries.

To see what cake flavors we offer by design, just click the drop-down menu once you select a design you like and the flavors will populate there. You can also sort by our cake flavors as well by selecting "All Products" in the filter.

No, we do not. Our aesthetic is using buttercream as our base and fresh flowers, French macarons, sprinkles, custom colors and other embellishments. We generally do not create special cake shapes, tiered intricate wedding cakes or fondant-covered themed cakes. On a case by case basis, we will use fondant for certain props, details or animals.

Our silky frosting is a lovely Swiss meringue buttercream frosting made of sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. We do also offer a traditional American buttercream for certain cakes. Our light whipped cream frosting for our strawberry chiffon cakes is delicious and the least sweet. It's great for smash cakes!

No, we do not. Our cakes contain traditional ingredients like butter, sugar and flour.

We ship French macarons and cake jars nationwide. These items are not on our main menu online, but can be requested via email.

All orders that are placed AND canceled within 24 hours will receive a full 100% refund. Any orders past this 24 hour timeframe will be charged 50% of the total. 

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our baked goods, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any of our items once a cake has been received by the designated party. Refunds requested due to variant decorating style interpretations, color shade or general design will not be honored. Refunds requested due to flavor or sweetness level is also subjective and will also not be honored. There are no refunds for same-day or next-day orders due to the immediate nature of the labor involved. You may qualify for a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality and design of the cake is determined not to meet our standards. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of The Evercake.

We are always open since we are an online bakery! Please place your order any time specifying the date and time that you need it delivered.We will contact you if we run into any issues with your order when we see it on our end. We do not have a storefront so no walk-ins or pickups at this time. For phone call service, weʼre available daily from 8:30am - 6:00 pm ET.

We can modify cake designs within reason and if our Production schedule allots. We are not able to make last minute substitutions or design modifications if it lands 1-3 days prior to the delivery of the cake order.
